It's been really long since i last posted.

which probably would have meant a good thing.

-leading life like any other teenager, there probably wouldn't be anything extra ordinary worth posting.

but, reading an update right now, had definitely meant some event.

a bad one.

real bad.

i still remember everything vividly.

i was in the train. on the way home with emily.

we were talking a bit, napping.. like any other students.

just after she alighted in a while. mum called.

she told me gugu's cancer became terminal.

of course, i was shocked. i still am. how could i not be.

she had completed those torturing chemo sessions, and the doctor had diagnosed her recovering.

we even went on shopping trips after she was all well.

i thought everything would have been over.

obviously, we are wrong.

i just kept crying in the cabin like how i am now.

i must have scared the other passengers.

when i got home, i locked myself in my room pretending to be asleep.

sometimes, i really hate myself. at times like this, i'm still being overly concerned of my image. how could i?!

and i really did fell asleep.

i woke up thinking all that happened, the call, train, was only a dream.

i knew i was only being denial.

i went to visit her in the evening.

she laid on the angled bed and smiled when she saw me.

my heartache knowing how hard that smile could be seen again.

i know i shouldn't cry.

but seeing her bruised arms and the needle poking through her delicate skin just broke my heart.

like a idiot, i sat on her bed weeping.

she still had the strength to hold my hand tightly.

like how she would when we go on weekend shopping sprees.

she said, 我会舍不得你们。

i was crying so hard that i couldn't even reply.

actually, i didn't want to. i knew very well what she meant.

i just kept crying the whole night and binged.

kept eating because i couldn't feel full.

then i would vomit them all out when my body couldn't take it.

like a idiot. i feel so helpless.

i don't know what to do when she's in pain.

i'm willing to do anything to make her feel alright.

but i really don't know how.

everyday, i would try to distract myself.

joking and fooling around. being lame. being nicole.

but i know, i'm not laughing and enjoying the time. i just can't.

how can i?

Gugu darling is someone who is very afraid of pain. she wanted to see me grow up so she had endured the pain and suffering.

but it isn't over yet.

i went to visit her at the hospital today.

her pain stricken face greeted me.

the nurse was just setting up the drip for her.

and blood was flowing out of the pvc tubing.

i promised not to cry in front of her anymore. and i did a good job.

I smiled and greeted her. and she return with her a rather weak smile.

the giddy spells had made her weak and worn out.

she used to ask me.

"do i look fat and old?"

and i would always lie to please her.

"no you aren't."

look at her now.

she's slim down a whole lot.

but i don't wanna tell her the truth.

it doesn't reflect anything positive.

i cant write anymore. the more i typed, the more painful my heart aches.

i'll go blind if i continue.

haven't blog for ages.

yeap finished my semestral exams a week ago.

was busy with stuffs here and there.

finally got the stuffs to do laid out.

and i'm enjoying my holidays :D

NO BOOKS AT ALL!!

results will be out next week on the 4th. excited.

all this is thanks to the camps and outing i've been to recently.

last sat.
woke up super early to go peksanting to pray.
aft that, rushed to school for fusion camp.
it was raining at first.
so they were still having bonding games.
and so i didnt missed out much.
thanks to my eyes, i'm was in the same group as elaine.
don't quite remember what we did initially.
cause there's too much activities.
we are vertonas.

and wolf.
the theme of the camp is tribal uh.
and so, the gl and ga dressed up as tribal people.
and there's a zhanglao.
something happened, causing zhanglao to lose his shield.
so we were to complete the stations and collect plastic bags.
yes, those bags are for the water war thing! :D
totally fun!
practically walked all over the school to collect the hints and stations.
then there's the relay.
last game.
before the sun set.

forgotten to mention the deejay.
he plays kpop! :D
total love!
yupp. they have this deejay thingy going on.
they'd bring it around.
as long as its in school and there's a plug.

beyond imagination.

finally, update for the Chinese new year.
didn't go any where special particularly

since i didn't post about the reunion dinner. i shall start from there then :D
we arrived early at Chinatown.
or should i say my family.
so we walked around in the market,
but i really cant stand the crowd and the spell. besides there's nothing to buy actually.
so i nagged to wait at the da dong restaurant.
the wait was really long
so we started camwhoring.

just that it was all in Malay and RM
we watched Percy Jackson.
the movie was great!
seriously.
i always liked movie that is sci fi and mystique.
but i never liked harry potter.
the first few was alright.
but it became too dragy and dry.
guess Percy Jackson would be a replacement for harry potter
since he's already grown up.
and i'm sure he had earned much!
the shops there were also all closed.
which is a rare scene in Singapore.
sgp owners would want to extend their operating hours instead.

went to school.
for festive cheer.
cheered elderly at je area with festive goodies.

what i'm angry about is not that i didn't get the autograph.
but because of the management, organiser and the FAKE first 1000

it was a huge commotion.
police were called in.
at first there were only 2.
later, after a passer-by uncle reported. more came.
but they were no help.
they listened to those "organisers" (fc members)
the news stated no overnight stay.
but them, started queueing the day before and labled themselves with numbers on the hand.
they appeared to be organisers and told everyone that the 1000 was occupied and others could try their luck to get to see shinee
because only 1000 autographs were given out -as released in the news.
many fought to be part of the 1000.
the news released earlier stated that others could still watch but wouldn't get the signature.
later, another news was released that only the 1000 could get in.

there were alot of "war".
first is the war at the entrance of the mall.
since it was yet the operating time.
fans forced open the glass door and caused it to be damaged for the whole day.

second. when fans could get in.
they literally looted in the mall.
blocking all entrance, lift and stairs which allows the "first" 1000 to get to the roof garden at lvl 5(venue for fan sign) and of course shinee themselves.
(attempting to force the cancelation of event)
it was later know that the first 1000 fans that has the queue number was fake.
the queue number is a number written by fc members themselves
the actual 1000 are of course those that bought the album.

came back from 2 achieve 07 chalet.
tired.
totally.the day before check in, i was already out at my sister's holiday bunglow.
monday.
checked in at 2.30pm.
was raining.
so we stayed indoor. games, shopping, movies.
then bbq at night.
well, it was fun i guess.
a few hours after that, we went to watch paranorma activity.
freaky. it really is.
i even cried.
urgh!
ended at ard 1am.
then we went back to the chalet.
some sleep, some movies, some game-d

second day,
had 4 fishballs for breakfast.
and that was my lunch and dinner.
wanted to go escape de.
but, it was closed.
shit:x
i've to wait another year i guess.
i wanna have those rides!
then slept awhile while they watched horror movie.
skipped because of the movie the day before.
then they had dinner.
went out to meet yj (since he was also at the resort) because i was damn bored at the chalet.
had a little more food at their bbq,
the chicken wing was delicious. marinated with beer :D
at ard midnight.
went to the beach to watch the meteor shower.
but we gave up aft waiting for 2hours.
there were alot of stars thou.
i saw a snake too . gross!
went back, slept and checked out the next day.

lost 3 kg!

definitely there are invigilators.
and one of them "inspired" me to blog about this post. Hah!

just yesterday,
was having my el paper/
then there is this teacher in tight purple top with a crumpled skirt.
she has her hand nails and toenails painted in pink with alot of blings.
it was a distraction for me since she has BLINGS on her.
why would you wanna paint your 20 nails like that when you are just there to invigilate exams.
in a neighbourhood school
there's no rich bachelor in here.
(you will understand why my tone when you continue to read)
then since i have already completed my paper 30 min before the end time , i decide to check
first time was a thorough.
second was a little slowly,
third was just flipping through.
then i notice that teacher, who was having her attention locked on me.
weird!
i ignored.
but her barney coloured shirt was too attractive when it was wrapped around her like...
like she's going breathless. yes.
so i looked on. since she kept walking around me.
i noticed her over sized sandals /heels. (those that gives you like only 3cm gain in height)
its over sized at least by 3 fingers.
why in the world would you wanna wear such an over sized shoe?!
its not branded and its wearing out.
gosh.
at that instant.
a well dressed teacher walked by. (with OL outfit and a fitting pair of pumps.)
then i thought.
what a great difference with an experienced teacher and a new teacher.
aka teacher's with generation gap vs the pretty teachers.

almost forgotten.
at the last 10 mins. i have already completed my 8,9,10th time checking. i packed up and placed my scripts neatly on the table.
then she came over , took my paper, flipped and placed it down again.
i thought she's gonna do that for all of us. but no. just me.
what was that for?
my eyes rolled.
i didn't care whether she saw it ;apparently she did.
because.
(i've told my sis the whole incident)
today, she came back and told me the teacher is her teacher.
she thought i resemble ciyun (which is like obviously!) -so she kept looking at me.
and she told my sis i'm ahlian! -because i rolled my eyes.
ahlian?!
which part of me shows lian?
i remembered i had my specs on.
lian?! i'm more like somebody with a profession , alright!
that's why i was angry.

i know i should be studying right now,
but after watching that show , i was feeling nostalgic.
and to add to that. tomorrow's graduation day.
the third grad day that i've attended.
the last one was still fresh in mind. (it was only 4 years ago)
but still, maybe i was still young then, studying was the most important thing at school.
everyday after school, i would be returning home to watch tv or play games online.
otherwise, i would be attending cca practice, Choir , netball , librarian and what else...
didn't had a life.
i did cried , because other's did?
i'm easily influenced uh.

then proceeding on to secondary education.
i was still very pure then.
i dare to say that.
cause its true.
1e6, that was when i met up with yiping .
now come to think of those who were in the same class as me,
they seemed to be doing well too,
like from my present class , tingting, airil, chinwee, weizhi ,songteck ... (cant rmb all :X)
we were so young.

sec two was a fun year.
i went to 2achieve, didnt know anyone from there cause i was from the "bottom class.
so got to know jieling and xiaohui, then daphne from my cca (NPCC)
i'm sure i was a noisy person, very. always getting myself involved in activities. cca, class.
then everyday after school, we would hang out in shopping centres .
neoprints! i have a boxful of them.
then the ass smacking , cat fights, teases.
HAHA!
if i knew they would end, i would have choose to play harder. well;

then sec three.
because i never liked biology. so i took double pure , and remained in achieve. 3achieve.
at first i wasn't satisfied with the arrangement cause i wasn't in the same class as j and d.
but later on it was alright (some things i shouldn't say here; ask me)
then the oversea trip to china.
it was an unforgettable trip itself.
because it was the first time i felt so.
and i made a lot of new friends.
i became more daring to talk to people i never talked to for the past 3 years.
then after i've returned.
i thought everybody else had changed.
never did i realise it was actually me.
so fought and quarrel followed on .
the sister-ship between me and d tore apart too.
it was a regretful thing that i have never did. to make up asap.
so things worsened.
but through it,
i grew up .
i knew how to understand people better.
i should thank d for that. really.
but now, its all too late to regret isn't it?

what's even more hurtful was you who broke the promise you made.
i never wanted more than friends.

i'm still thankful to yiping who approached me. (and also yongjian)
thou it may mean nothing to you guys, but it was impactful.

after all that and that , i came to sec 4.
i became more quiet, more isolated.
until chinwee said that i've changed.
i was a noisy person and it was too weird for me to be so quiet.
and so i broke out of that shell that i tried hiding myself in.
for that, i made a lot more new friends.
it was also only recently that some doubts were cleared.
i'm pleased to learn that they were much more positive than i thought they were c:

as i was writing, many thoughts came to mind . it just made me so unwilling to graduate from the school . fark , it made me cry again.

i won't cry tomorrow. i swear.

then stayed over at my big brother's place.
came home only just.

getting back ss and el p1 essay tomorrow.
hope they are something pleasing.

damn disappointed with chemistry.

went dining at sakura international buffet at orchard shopping centre.

compared to ion orchard.
its run-down.

then went on to marina sq.
met up with my aunty uncle and brother.
and sang at kbox marina.
it was my first time there with my parents.
the room was big, really.

been going out out out and out!
didnt touch my homeworks at all during this holiday.

The Pharaoh of Pop doesn’t quite have the same ring to it as King of Pop, but visitors to Chicago’s Field Museum could swear that’s Jacko’s face on a 3,000-year-old Egyptian bust.

The spitting image limestone sculpture has been on display at the museum since 1988, but recently started drawing attention because of its likeness to Jacko --- complete with disfigured nose.

Unfortunately the bust, which was carved sometime between 1550 B.C. and 1050 B.C., is of a woman and MJ likely never had the chance to see the statuette.

“I have no idea whether Jackson ever visited the museum,” a Field spokesperson said to the Sun-Times' Michael Sneed. “But the similarity between the limestone statue of a woman – which is about 3,000 years old --- and Jackson is astounding.”

Interestingly, Jackson cast himself as an interloper in ancient Egypt in his video for “Remember the Time,” so maybe he sensed some Egyptian roots.

cant believe that uncle acutually lied.
he made use of my sympathy and betrayed my trust.

went to yongjian's birthday bbq.
stayed and played until very late.
thank god my dad was there to fetch me.

This is a post from a student in Taemin's high school
(the girl in the last picture who forced herself in the umbrella with Taemin).

Partial translation :
1.Today was rainy, so I was going to give up seeing Lee Taemin,
but then the Taemin spy came in and told me "Noona, in 9 minutes, Taemin's leaving" or something like that...
So I ran like fire but it's raining like crazy...
